In November there were 31 single family homes that were reported sold on the South Lake Tahoe MLS. The volume of sold single family homes was down 31% from 45 in October.

Out of the 31 houses sold in November 8 were bank owned foreclosures and 2 were reported as short sales. Foreclosures in South Lake Tahoe are still getting a lot of attention from buyers looking to score a good deal. 26% of the sold houses were foreclosures in November, compared to 20% in October.
